1.1 Client Communication Requirements
To ensure efficient service delivery and effective coordination, the Client is required to maintain at least one valid, active method of communication at all times. This must include a valid email address and a functional, text-message-enabled cell phone number or a reliable home telephone line. The Client agrees to provide updated contact information promptly and acknowledges that Potomac Lawn may rely on these channels for scheduling, service notifications, and operational updates.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are based on visible site conditions at the time of inspection. If site conditions differ from those originally observed (including but not limited to hidden obstacles, excessive debris, grading issues, or unsafe conditions), pricing may be adjusted accordingly.
Snow and ice management services are subject to service minimums, hourly rates, equipment rates, and weather-based operational decisions as outlined in individual service agreements.
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate method of service delivery to ensure quality results and operational efficiency.
3. Limitations of Website Use
By using this website, you agree that you will not:

Potomac Lawn provides snow and ice management services using commercially reasonable methods, industry-standard equipment, and professional judgment based on weather conditions and site accessibility.
By engaging our snow and ice management services, the Client acknowledges and agrees:
5.1.1. No Guarantee of Completely Slip-Free Conditions
Snow and ice conditions are weather-dependent and continuously evolving. While we strive to reduce hazards, Potomac Lawn does not guarantee completely snow-free, ice-free, or slip-free conditions at any time.
5.1.2. Ongoing Weather Conditions
Refreezing, drifting snow, freezing rain, sleet, black ice, and other hazardous conditions may occur after service completion. Additional service visits may be required and will be billed according to the service agreement.
5.1.3. Client Monitoring Responsibility
The Client is responsible for monitoring site conditions and notifying Potomac Lawn if additional services are required outside of scheduled service parameters.
5.1.4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Potomac Lawn shall not be liable for:
- Slip-and-fall incidents
- Weather-related damages
- Refreezing conditions
- Natural accumulations beyond our reasonable control
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Virginia for any disputes arising under these Terms.
