Step 2: Choose Your Services

Choose between one of our three plans or one or more of our standalone services. We offer a Lawn Maintenance Plan, a Landscape Maintenance Plan, and a Hands Off Plan, which combines all our services for complete lawn and landscape maintenance. If you only prefer a single service, we can provide you with services, such as weekly lawn mowing, fertilization and weed control, and more. We strive to make things simple and convenient for you, so you can get back to doing what you love.
Getting an estimate is super easy. You don’t need to be present. Our estimators will review all aspects of your property via close up satellite imagery and a simple property visit. For more complex landscapes, or if you have specific needs, we can schedule an on-site consultation with you.
Step 3: Approve Your Estimate

You will receive an immediate quote for services like mowing, fertilization, and weed control. If we need to consult with you on-site, you will receive your quote via email within 48 hours, or maybe a little longer if it's during the peak of spring or fall. Enhancement and landscaping project quotes may take up to seven or more days for us to complete.The plan you receive will include specific details of the services we will provide, in an easy to understand format. Once you receive the quote you can choose the services you would like and electronically sign the quote.
Step 4: Scheduling

Once you have electronically signed your quote, we'll activate your services and start work within two weeks, sometimes longer during peak season. If you are signed up for mowing or fertilization services, we can usually begin immediately. You will receive an email from us at least 24 hours before we arrive at your property for your first service.
Step 5: Work Completed

Our team strives to show up in a timely manner. When we finish our tasks, we will text or email you to let you know we have finished up. You can also expect two check-ins per year to ensure you are satisfied with our services. You will receive surveys from us which help us better understand your experience, as we are always continually working to improve. Because we like to keep things simple, we automatically renew your services annually. You are always free to cancel at any time. There are no binding contracts and no obligations to continue with our services. You may also switch or add on services whenever you like. All you have to do is contact us, and we'll respond within 24 hours or sooner.

No one has to be present during the time of estimation. If you have specific considerations, please explain those when speaking to a representative. If you have more complex needs, we'll schedule a consultation to evaluate your property in person.

For landscape maintenance services where we will need to do a site visit, you'll receive a quote via email within 48 hours, sometimes longer during peak season. Our plan will detail any special considerations you might have. Enhancement and project quotes can take 7 days or longer depending on the complexity of the project.

Expect us to arrive in a timely manner and when we're finished, we'll text and email you to let you know the work has been completed. We will check-in with you twice yearly to ensure that you're happy with your experience. We send regular surveys asking about your experience with us. Please answer those as they help us improve.

We'll automatically renew your services annually so you don't have to worry about anything, but if for any reason you'd like to cancel, you're under no contract and no obligation to stay with us. However, we think you'll be so happy with our service, you won't want to leave!
